Navigation Lights

Navigation lights on the Tiki 21 have posed some problems for me. The size and setup of the boat does not lend itself to wiring and permanent fixtures. I have some old battery powered lights but they are poor and unreliable. I've considered mast head lights and I think this is a great looking product:

.. but the wiring is difficult and makes assembly etc. ever more complex.

I think I need something less permanent and battery powered. So I'm working something up using these.

  

They are incredibly bright with 100hr life. I need to work up some masks to create the angles. But it's all part of the project. More on navigation lights
